There is an outreach opportunity for both teams this Friday. Check your email and talk to Coach Holmes if interested. It's a small event, so they can only take a couple of students from each team.

Last night, we discussed how much we can get done in the four hours we meet a week. The students have decided that they would like to extend our meetings from 6pm-8:30pm until the end of the competition season. This extra hour per week may prove invaluable. This will take effect at our next meeting, tomorrow, Thursday the 19th.

Seniors, I have forwarded an email about a scholarship opportunity specifically for FTC in the San Diego area. This means the pool of applicants is going to be very small compared to most scholarships, which is great for your odds! Check the email for further instructions, and apply ASAP!
